This gallery displays my most recent work from 2010 to 2011.  All the paintings are oil on canvas up to 39 by 39 inches.  All use very bright colours mainly in the red category.  The subject represents party themes, a strong theme relating to carnival.

The paintings in this gallery represent work commissioned by a range of public and private clients.  All are oil on canvas with subjects ranging from Dr Marten boots to boats in harbour & still life to Music themes.
Drawings with Charcoal and pencil on paper. All works are finished drawings which are also used as preparatory work for oil on canvas.  I love working with charcoal and pencil because of its immediacy and flexibility.
Artwork in this gallery is from 1997 to 2007. This period of my work broadly represents the development of spatial quality and of colour with stark, dark or black borders. The subject matter emphasises the strong bright colour.

This photographic work is based on abstraction of angles which have a strong semblance to my other artwork. I use my photography when I am inspired by the world around me. I like digital photography for its immediacy.
